These terms apply to your use of Cribo. By using the site or creating an account you agree to them. Please read them together with the privacy statement.

What Cribo is

Cribo collects rental homes from the websites of letting agencies in the Eindhoven region and shows them in one place, with extras such as monthly cost, commute, a map, alerts and a place to keep track of your applications. Cribo is independent. We are not an agency, a broker or a landlord, and we are not affiliated with the agencies or websites whose listings we show.

Listings can be wrong or out of date

Listing details such as price, availability, size and conditions come from third parties and change quickly. We try to keep them accurate and current, but we do not guarantee it. A home may already be rented out. Always check the details on the agency's own page before you apply, view or pay anything. The agreement is always between you and the landlord or agency, not with Cribo.

Calculations and tools

Figures such as the income check, total monthly costs or commute times are estimates to help you decide. They are not advice, and agencies and landlords apply their own rules. The letter helper gives you a draft: you are responsible for what you send and for its accuracy.

Your account

• Give correct information and keep your sign-in secure.
• You can stop using Cribo and ask us to delete your account at any time (info@cribo.nl).
• We may suspend an account that is used to harm the service or other people.

Fair use

Please do not misuse Cribo: no automated copying of our pages at scale, no attempts to break or overload the service, and no use of the service to harass others or send spam.

Our content

The design, texts and software of Cribo belong to us. Listing information and photos remain the property of the agencies or owners that published them. You may use Cribo for your own home search.

Availability

Cribo is provided as it is. We aim to keep it running, but cannot promise it is always available or free of errors, and we may change or stop features.

Liability

We are not liable for damage resulting from the use of Cribo or from inaccurate or outdated listings, for example a missed viewing or a home that turns out to be unavailable. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as for intent or deliberate recklessness.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the update. Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to go to another court.
